This role reports directly to the President and plays a critical part in shaping both company performance and direction.
WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS
You are stepping into a role that has a direct impact on value creation.
You will lead a team of 10+ across leasing and property management — but more importantly, you will bring clarity, structure, and cohesion to a business that is active, growing, and continuously moving.
And importantly — you don’t sit above the leasing function. You stay close to it and are hands-on.
· Manage vacancy
· Leading deals and complex negotiations
·Structuring lease terms that managing company risk and fit performance objectives
· Supporting and guiding your team through nuance, risk, and opportunity
This is also a tenant-forward, high-touch organization.
WHERE YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
· Leading, mentoring, and aligning a team across leasing and property management — ensuring renewals, build-outs, TI’s, and capital projects are well-executed, aligned with tenant expectations, and support long-term asset value
· Partnering closely with the President and executive team to ensure alignment across operations, leasing strategy, and long-term business objectives
· Remaining hands-on in leasing, stepping into high-value negotiations, renewals, and complex deal structures
· Working directly with brokers, prospective tenants, and sophisticated tenant representatives (including multi-national groups)
· Overseeing portfolio performance, including budgets, financials, and operational outcomes
· Driving leasing strategy — ensuring it aligns with both market conditions and long-term asset value
· Providing depth and guidance on leases, contracts, and agreements, ensuring risk is understood and well managed
· Navigating conflict, negotiation, and problem-solving situations with confidence and professionalism
· Reinforcing and elevating a high-touch tenant experience across the portfolio
· Strengthening collaboration across internal teams so that the business operates cohesively

The position requires you to be currently working at a leadership level, offering 10+ years combined leasing, property and people management. Post secondary eduction or equivalent is desired. This role offers an in-depth six-figure compensation package.
