Current Opportunities

Commercial Property Administrator (Edmonton, AB)

You can always tell the difference…

Between someone who is simply doing the job and someone who is engaged in building a career and reputation.

Someone who catches what may others miss.
Who keeps things moving by becoming a partner in the workflow.
Who understands that when the details are handled well — the entire operation runs better.

If you’re building your career in Property Management and you take pride in being a great Property Administrator … this may be a place where you get seen and supported — ensuring you have a bright future.

The Opportunity

My client, a highly respected and privately owned commercial real estate company, is looking to add a Property Administrator (South Central Edmonton) to their team.

This is a role for someone in the junior to mid stage of their career who wants more than repetition — someone who wants to understand how a real estate business truly functions.

With a diverse and actively managed portfolio across retail, industrial, and office assets, you’ll gain exposure that goes well beyond administrative support. You’ll see how decisions are made, how assets are managed, and how value is created over time.

This is a company that continues to evolve — developing, acquiring, and improving assets — and they need people who are motivated to grow alongside that.

In short — this is a career-elevating opportunity with an exemplary privately held real estate company.
