What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take the lead on full-cycle accounting for a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and condo properties. That includes:

• Preparing monthly financials, bank reconciliations and budget tracking
• Managing rent rolls, payables, receivables and tenant chargebacks
• Supporting budgeting for operations and capital projects
• Collaborating with property managers to align finances with real-world needs
• Refining bookkeeping processes to improve flow, accuracy and accountability
• Communicating with internal and external parties
