Senior Property Manager (Edmonton, Alberta) – No Longer Available

Our client, an incredibly entrepreneurial and strategically aligned commercial real estate company who manages, owns, partners and develops properties throughout Canada, is in search of a motivated and knowledgeable Senior Property Manager for their corporate head office (Edmonton, Alberta).  This position will allow you to flex your tactical leadership capacity for managing a significant industrial (including new development) based portfolio, along with adjunct TI, maintenance and capital expenditure projects. Beyond the company boasting a dynamic environment, your new role will provide you with mentoring, career development and future progression potential.

THE POSITION   Reporting to a very respected and knowledgeable Director, Property Management, you will be responsible for 1.1 M sq. ft (11 building) mixed use industrial based portfolio that will draw upon your operations, capital projects, tenant and owner relations, TI/Cap Ex, reporting, budgeting and strategic leadership skills and experience. Your professionalism, ability to get in front of tenants, manage and communicate with vendors and contractors, and work interdependently with a high-functioning low-turnover team is key to your success.
