Property Management Administrator – PMA (Edmonton, AB) – Placed

Our client, an entrepreneurial and expanding commercial real estate company whose efforts include acquisition, development, partnerships and the management of over 10M sq ft of assets, is looking to add to their Edmonton Team.  In your new role, you will partner with a Senior Property Manager, overseeing the property and administrative efforts attached to their Edmonton office portfolio.  As the Property Management Administrator – PMA (Edmonton, AB) you will have the opportunity to work closely with a focused and highly knowledgeable team, promoting your capacity for adding value to the operation and demonstrating your resourcefulness, flexibility, intellect and high attention for detail.  In doing so, and based on this company’s continued growth, you have the ability to get real hands-on experience with property management efforts, allowing you to stretch your skills and acquiesce into progressive roles.

Your exposure to commercial property management  administration has you ready to ascend into a more elevated  position where growth is encouraged.  You enjoy organized environments and working with a high functioning infrastructures and teams beyond that of liaising with tenants, contractors and vendors.  You are regaled for your strong capacity to prioritize, meet timelines, work with the accounting department and focus on a variety of tasks at once, demonstrating your commitment and ability to deliver high level results.

Your exceptional communication dexterity, self-motivation and exposure to property management administration, provides you with a strong foundation for this position.  Post-secondary education, certifications, and/or an RPA designation (or working towards) will elevate you in this process.
