EXPERIENCE Your progressive sales and business development leadership experience has offered you the ability to develop, augment and implement business plans that have consistently met and/or exceeded revenue and profit targets. Reporting to the President and working closely with Finance and Operations Executives, you demonstrate a propensity for working with contemporary approaches that have allowed you to apply your dexterity for critical thinking and tactical execution. Motivating, engaging and influencing your team has been the cornerstone of your success. You have keen ability to grow talent and garner exceptional team and individual relationships that welcome accountability, transparency and challenge. In short, you like to win with intelligence and out-maneuver your competition with quality.

TALENT You have a specialized talent for spearheading change and building high-result driven teams. Your approach is current and methodologies contemporary, using analytics, trends, industry knowledge and strong marketing to reach your audience and make maximum impact.  Your dexterity for managing multiple and high level priorities at one time whilst seeing the big picture is commendable and has always set you apart from your peers.
