Accounting Manager (Edmonton, Alberta) – PLACED

Our client, a leader in specialized engineering in the industrial and municipal construction market is in search of an Accounting Manager (Edmonton, Alberta) who has the capacity to manage and execute the accounting efforts of a thriving and small multi-million dollar private business.   Reporting to the President and having oversight accountability, you will lead a junior employee and be solely responsible for the full cycle accounting of this thriving and solid business , including general and financial ledgers,  AP/AR, P&L reports, monthly reports, banking, payroll and administering benefits, collections, inventory management, and WCB and PST reporting and payments. Having working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting software along with general Microsoft Office applications will elevate your capacity to win this job.

This organization ideally needs an accounting professional who possesses CPA, who will apply their competency for overseeing the various elements attached to the day to day accounting functions of a busy operation.
