With significant expansion occurring across their multifamily residential, commercial and condominium management portfolios, they are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Director, Property Management (Broker of Record) to help lead the next chapter of growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will provide strategic, operational and people leadership across a growing and diverse property management platform that includes multifamily residential, commercial and condominium management services.
Working closely with the President and Executive team, you will help shape the future direction of the division while overseeing day-to-day operations, driving service excellence and supporting continued growth.
This role offers the opportunity to lead through others — creating alignment, accountability and exceptional client experiences while ensuring the organization continues to deliver service in a highly communicative, responsive and relationship-driven manner.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Acting as Broker of Record and leader for the organization’s Commercial, Multi-Family Rental and Condominium Property Management service lines.
- Providing strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary Property Management and Accounting team.
- Creating operational excellence across multifamily, commercial and condominium portfolios.
- Supporting business development efforts, proposals, presentations and new client pursuits.
- Building and strengthening relationships with owners, investors, condominium boards, tenants and key stakeholders.
- Leading service delivery through a high-touch, proactive and quality-focused approach.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members while creating a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Overseeing operational processes, service standards and portfolio performance metrics.
- Working alongside the President and Executive team to identify opportunities for growth, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring brokerage operations continue to meet all regulatory, trust and licensing requirements.
