As Director, Client Success, you will lead and grow a high-performing team, strengthening the owner’s representative function and ensuring major development and TI projects are delivered with clarity, alignment, and integrity.
You will guide project execution across Alberta and Saskatchewan, work closely with internal and external partners, elevate communication standards, and drive improvements that support project workflows. Your leadership will directly influence how well the organization delivers its tenant driven project commitments and its brand.
Your Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, delivering concise updates on project progress, risks, milestones, and key decisions
· Collaborate with leadership and management teams to support and advance the company’s strategic priorities
· Develop and implement strategies that strengthen project execution, stakeholder engagement, and overall team performance
· Oversee all capital, development, and TI projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, scopes, and quality expectations
· Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure a positive, seamless tenant experience
·Lead people-management activities—including hiring, mentorship, training, coaching, and performance management—for the Client Success Team
· Build and inspire a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, growth, and strong collaboration
· Continuously improve programs, processes, and systems to enhance consistency, efficiency, and project outcomes
· Partner with Finance and Accounting to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring
· Drive accountability by ensuring KPIs, performance metrics, and service standards are met across the team
· Deliver clear, succinct written and verbal reporting that highlights major risks, change orders, variances, challenges, and recommended solutions
· Foster cross-department communication and alignment to support smooth project flow and organizational cohesioN

Your Talent & Leadership Strengths
The ideal candidate brings:
•5+ years of leadership-level experience in an Owner’s Rep, development, or construction project management role
• 2+ years of people-management experience (or clear leadership trajectory)
• Strong business and commercial acumen with grounding in development, the complexity of commercial assets, construction, and TI lifecycles—ideally within mixed commercial and light industrial environments
• A demonstrated ability to build, grow, and sustain strong relationships across diverse groups
•Objectivity and professionalism when navigating inquiries, challenges, and escalations
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic business environment
• High-level analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional communication and organizational strengths, including confidence in delivering messaging to groups
• The ability to inspire, influence, and foster a positive, accountable, and cohesive team culture
• Familiarity with Yardi and Construction Manager (preferred but not required)
