SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER (Edmonton, AB) – PLACED

Our client, an incredibly entrepreneurial, respected and privately owned commercial real estate company who manages and develops properties throughout Alberta, is in search of a motivated and knowledgeable Senior Property Manager for their corporate head office (Edmonton, Alberta).  This position will allow you to flex your tactical leadership capacity for managing office based properties and significant capital expenditure projects. Beyond the company boasting a happy environment, your new role will provide you with direct owner contact, career development and future progression potential.

THE POSITION  Reporting to the Vice President, Property Management, you will be responsible for a significant downtown portfolio that will draw upon your operations, capital projects, tenant and owner relations, TI/Cap Ex, reporting, budgeting and strategic leadership skills and experience. Your professionalism, ability to get in front of tenants, communicate with owners and work interdependently with a high-functioning low-turnover team is key to your success.
