Are you a talented intermediate bookkeeper who offers administrative capacities?
Our client, a long-standing and well-respected industrial servicing business in north central Edmonton, is looking for an Office Manager who enjoys keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role that combines bookkeeping and administrative coordination, supporting a close-knit team and contributing to a culture built on trust, accountability, and pride in a job well done.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable, ensuring everything stays on track and accurate
- Handle bi-weekly payroll, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare and maintain financial reports to support leadership decisions
- Manage office documentation, customer service, warranties, and safety compliance records
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and teammates to keep information flowing smoothly
- Keep systems and processes organized and efficient
Who You Are
- Experienced with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate — you take pride in doing things right
- Able to self-manage your work with confidence and follow-through
- Curious and open to learning new systems and processes
- A strong communicator who values collaboration, reliability, and teamwork
Why You’ll Love It Here
You’ll report to an Operations Leader who values initiative, communication, and mutual trust. The company offers stability, flexibility, and a genuinely fun, non-corporate environment where people enjoy coming to work each day.
This is a family-like atmosphere with long-term employees who support one another, celebrate wins, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
You’ll also enjoy:
- A competitive salary
- Health benefits and an annual health spending stipend
- Vacation plus paid time off between Christmas and New Year
- Flexible work scheduling and accommodations where needed
If you’re someone who finds satisfaction in keeping things organized and moving forward — and you value being part of a team that treats people like family — this could be a great fit.
