They invite a like-minded and talented administrator who offers an exposure in corporate commercial legal assisting, lease administration, and /or commercial real estate contract documentation to join a happy team who leads the centralized management of contracts , compliance, due diligence and related administration for all their offices across Canada.

You will partner with the Manager, Lease Administration, providing an array of detailed administrative efforts attached to various contractual efforts within the leasing, properties, and administration portfolios.  This team is happy, organized and diligently focused, acting as an exceptional and responsive internal service centre that ensures compliancy, consistency and risk are managed accordingly. You will be able to promote your capacity for adding value to this operation by demonstrating your resourcefulness, intellect, curiosity and high attention for detail. Your proficiency in MS Office and exposure to (or capacity to learn) Yardi and Angus will elevate your capacity to be successful. Based on the array of confidential information at hand, your ability to apply strong professional boundaries and a high level integrity is a must.

As a dedicated Document Coordinator, you offer an exposure to commercial real estate administration, ideally having worked with leases, contracts, executed documentation, change orders, critical timelines and the like. Past peers and leaders have regaled you for your ability to deliver as per the timelines, collaborate with a wide variety of personalities, discern a lot of information, and prioritize requests. Your discerning eye for detail, coupled with your affinity for embracing the diversity of each day, aligns seamlessly with the demands of this role.
