Your Responsibilities You’ll report to a transparent leader who will support, trust and utilize your talent, providing you with autonomy and decision-making capacities.  You will lead a significant 1.7M sq.ft high-value industrial (mixed use and heavy) portfolio. You will have the ability to “fly” and authentically be encouraged to take charge of your portfolio. Your role will call upon your expertise in operations, tenant and owner relations, vendor management, TI/Cap Ex, reporting, budgeting, and strategic leadership. Your professionalism, high-level tenant engagement, interpersonal and communication dexterity, along with your ability to collaborate with a high-performing and cohesive team, are essential to your success.
