Current Opportunities

Client Success Manager (Edmonton, AB)

Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with a growth-minded entrepreneurial commercial real estate company? Our client, a privately owned and highly respected owner/developer, is seeking a detailed and processed oriented Client Success Manager to join their engaged team located in their Edmonton (Alberta) based corporate head office. This is a career elevating opportunity for a Senior Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager looking to develop a solid exposure in the commercial real estate space.

Unlock Your Potential   Acting on behalf of the owner with a significant focus on meeting tenant expectations, you will have the opportunity to showcase your project management fundamentals by managing project details and applying your dexterity for collaborating on a range of commercial based projects (TI/capital). You will play a pivotal role in working with various stakeholders, providing reporting and creating continuous process improvement.  Beyond this you will have responsibilities for schedule management, communication, risk mitigation, problem solving, and budget/cost controls. This company has developed a transformative and vibrant work environment and your new position offers team engagement, autonomy, trust and a clear path to further competency and career building.

Your Responsibilities Reporting to a senior leader, you will act as a valuable pivot in the tenant improvement (TI) and related projects area, working with internal teams (leasing and property management), contractors and external vendors managing the scope, processes and schedule associated with the workflow and project closeouts. Your role will call upon your exposure to CCDC contracts, capital & TI projects, documentation and reporting, design, vendor documentation management, budgeting/cost control tracking, and relationship management.

Embrace Our Unique Culture    Your new company owns, acquires and develops exceptional properties in Western Canada (namely Edmonton and Calgary areas). You thrive in a forward-thinking and client-centric company that champions a non-hierarchical, friendly culture – one that prioritizes mutual trust and employee well-being while consistently delivering outstanding results. This is a company who takes pride in its esteemed brand and reputation and they are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations. They don’t expect anyone to know it all, but they do support idea generation, resourcefulness and accountability. As the newest member of their team, you will be an important ambassador who will have the opportunity to contribute to their evolving legacy.

Your Talent    Your attention to detail, organizational prowess, curious nature and ability to work with urgency make a great fit for this role. You have a keen dexterity for synthesizing and administering information and delivering clear and concise reporting. Current and past team members/peers have praised your active listening, solution-oriented and no-surprises approach. You operate from a place of “WE” versus an “I”, applying collaborative and strong critical thinking in proactively tackling unexpected challenges.  The heart of who you are is based on your inherent capacity for developing authentic, trusting and transparent relationships.

Are You the One We’re Looking For?   You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills accompanied by strong self-motivation and self-reliance.  Boasting a solid exposure in commercial real estate and/or commercial construction, you may have played a senior project coordinator or junior project management role in construction and design and/or project management teams. This position offers a mostly in-office versus site experience.

Be Rewarded    This is a fantastic opportunity that requires a multi-talented professional who likes working with a happy and vibrant team. My client offers a very good comprehensive compensation package, including an attractive salary, bonus, benefits, ongoing education and development opportunities, coverage of association and license fees, paid parking, flexibility and so much more. Please note that this role offers you an in-office experience.
