Senior Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate) – PLACED

Our client, a respected and large entrepreneurial commercial real estate company in Canada, is in search of a motivated and knowledgeable new Senior Property Manager for their Edmonton Office (Edmonton, Alberta).  This position will allow you to flex your leadership capacity for managing multiple office and retail based tenants and development projects in a sophisticated downtown environment.  Your new role will provide you with development and progression potential in a corporate culture that respects and grows its employees, creates solid results, practices with integrity and supports their leaders in their ability to lead and make decisions.

Reporting to the Vice President, Property Management, you will be responsible for a significant downtown A Class portfolio that will draw upon your operations, capital projects, tenant relations and improvement, budgeting and strategic leadership skills and experience. Your professionalism, ability to get in front of tenants and work interdependently with a high functioning team has been the key to your success.

Your exceptional communication dexterity, self-reliance and 5+ years exposure to Property Management with retail and/or office tenants, provides you with a strong foundation for this position.  Post-secondary education and possessing a BOMA or RPA designation is preferred.
