Our client, an incredibly entrepreneurial, thriving and privately owned commercial real estate company who manages and develops properties throughout Alberta, is in search of a motivated and energetic Senior Property Manager for their corporate head office (Edmonton, Alberta). This position will allow you to flex your tactical capacity for managing an industrial and mixed use portfolio. THE POSITION Reporting to the Vice President, Property Management, you will be responsible for a significant industrial portfolio that will draw upon your operations, projects, tenant relations, TI/Cap Ex, reporting, budgeting, vendor, contractor and tenant management skills and experience. Your professionalism, ability to get in front of tenants, critically think and work interdependently with a high-functioning team is key to your success.

Possessing the ability to be tactical and strategic, you have good understanding of the financial and operations drivers of property management. You tend to get ahead of challenges, approaching activities in a “make sense” and practical manner that produces quality outcomes. You like to form communicative partnerships with your operations group.
