INSIDE SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Our client, a highly successful and well established company, headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, is looking for a savvy and energetic Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Edmonton, AB – central west) to help them remain an industry leader within the North American market place. Producing a range of specialty products and boasting very low staff turnover, this entrepreneurial and privately owned business has formed a relaxed, integrated and people-based culture that recognizes and rewards talent for their exceptional contributions.  If you have a penchant for inside sales and customer service and are motivated to work in a positive environment that has an industry diverse customer base, this may be the right opportunity for you.

YOUR TALENTS   You possess a keen ability to develop relationships quickly and assess customer needs.  Whether it’s the industrial or construction sector, you have a knack for negotiating, listening and problem solving.  This has enabled you to develop and execute inside sales efforts well. You have demonstrated successes in working closely and collaborating with the Outside, National and US Sales Groups to convert unsolicited inbound calls to new accounts. Your strong understanding of your “audience” and products has aided you when helping develop RFPs, quotes, supporting marketing imitative and up-selling.   You are versed in utilizing SalesForce and/or realted CRM software.

YOUR ABILITIES   You possess an acute ability to create results by connecting quickly with your customers. Your time management skills and attention to detail are stellar and have assisted you in expediting orders in a timely manner to meet the customers’ demands and schedules. Your written and verbal communication competencies are equally good, along with your listening dexterity and capacity to assess and execute. Proficient in Microsoft Office, you are also able to perform basic mathematical calculations easily. Lastly, former colleague and leaders have regaled you for positivity, self-motivation and enthusiasm.

WIN THE JOB   Your Post-secondary education in a related discipline or an acceptable combination of education and experience of 3 – 5 years of sales or telesales work experience is ideal to create success with this new job.  Exposure within the industrial manufacturing industry would be considered an asset, along with strong problem identification and objection resolution skills and computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, Internet and Database Management).
