Customer Service Centre Manager – PLACED

AVID EXEC has a new and exciting management opportunity.  Our client, an innovative global leader in specialized proprietary technology, is in search of key member of their management team.  As the Customer Service Centre Manager (Sherwood Park, AB) you will play a pivotal role in leading the customer service area of your new company, ensuring strategic execution, performance and exceptional customer service are attained in this entrepreneurial and privately owned company.

What do I need to “win” this job?

You have a proven and demonstrated background in leading people in an environment that promotes and believes in delivering good customer service and applies solution focused thinking to create solid outcomes.  Having a good understanding of inbound customer service, inside sales or call centre environments would be an asset. Having strong analytical skills, proven competencies for delivering outcomes and above average communication dexterities (written and oral) will elevate you in this competition.  Your ability to maneuver well with technology and adeptness with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, will also add to your cache. Lastly and of equal importance to your success in attaining this position is your strong sense of self, proactive attitude and a sense of humour.
