Administrative Receptionist – No Longer Available

Our client, a long standing and respected Commercial Real Estate company, is ready to offer you the exciting opportunity as their Administrative Receptionist  (south central Edmonton).  This position offers you a wide range of duties that will provide growth, learning and progression, along with the ability to be a valued member in an excellent relaxed corporate environment.

You have been successful in the management of a variety of administrative, reception, accounting and office tasks.  In doing so, you have built mutual trust with the company leadership and your direct manager, who have entrusted you to complete the various duties that keep the office operating at a high level. Since you are often the first person one sees when entering the office, you are responsible for setting the tone and you do it well. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and the company is highly entrepreneurial and successful. As such, they look forward to welcoming a like-minded professional to the office.

You have been complimented on your happy professional demeanor and strong attention to detail, a nice combination with that of your capacity to complete administrative, data entry and accounts payable/receivable tasks. You want to stay busy and you like developing processes and systems for yourself that create efficiencies. You tend to pick up on things quickly and will ask questions to ensure you are clear about the expectations. You like learning and you are resourceful.  As such, you aren’t afraid to take on a task that you have never done before. Your profile allows you to acclimate and flex, serving you well in past roles where you have worked with varying personalities and duties. You enjoy knowing the people you work with or those guests who come into the office regularly.  It makes sense that you are often the go-to person in the office when it comes to special occasions and important meetings/events.

Your exceptional communication dexterity and self motivation provides you with a strong foundation for this position.  Having past experience in a similar role, where you have taken on delegated administration and accounting tasks, in a business, commercial real estate or property management environment, has you ready to make this move. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.  Interested?  This is a fantastic position that offers an excellent work culture, a solid compensation package and fabulous work-life balance, including benefits and parking.
